At Addere, we have strong and close relations with our clients. The relations are created via a close collaboration between the two parties involved in the collaboration. Our organizational structure is flat and flexible, and for every case, we have at least 2 employees involved. They will usually be an experienced employee who is the account manager and a tailor-made team as a support base.

At Addere, there are many employees who have many years of seniority. Many of them have had the same clients for more than 30 years. Naturally this brings about a quite unique relationship with lots of untold knowledge, but we always try to ensure that this knowledge is spread by involving more employees in the relationship in order to ensure continuity.
