"I think it’s a super place to be at. No-one looks down on you, even though you are a trainee, and everyone’s genuinely interested in you as a person. It’s also great that as a trainee you get a chance to do all kinds of things. And what’s more, I myself can influence things and be part of planning my education. Connie, who is responsible for me while I am a trainee, is always aware of how I am doing, and checks to be sure I’m fine about moving on to new areas. I’ve now chosen to go straight ahead with my Bachelor in Accountancy, and the company supports me 100%."
