Addere ”works in close collaboration”! The reason we put it this way, is that we strive to collaborate closely internally and externally. We have a flat, and flexible organisational structure, and we have at least 2 employees working on each case. Normally these will be an experienced employee as the account manager and a tailor-made team to support him. The advantage of having 2 employees is that, the client always has a qualified person whom he can contact, should he need to discuss the case.

We base both our external and internal collaboration on open and trusting communication, where our contribution is to place our skills, experience and specialist knowledge at the disposal of the client. At the same time, we start up a constructive dialogue in order to ensure that the relevant employees always have the information they require.
