As one of our employees once said, Addere has both "a flat structure and a large top", and this is quite true.

On a day-to-day basis, the company is run by 5 partners, who are all state authorized public accountants. But that is only part of the story. It’s crucial to mention that the whole organisation is incredibly flexible and functions on the basis of a lot of interdisciplinary activity. What that means in practice is that each individual client is serviced by a tailor-made team; we select those employees from across the organisation that are best suited to the task, both in terms of resources and professional background. There are always at least 2 people closely connected to each client in order to ensure good communication and quality.

Our premises have provided us with the opportunity to spread out more. We have divided the building into a number of cores allowing each of the 5 partners to be located among the employees. This ensures a better proximity and shorter communication channels to the benefit of everyone.
