"Good clients provide challenges, everything from very simple to extremely complex problems, and an interplay that makes both us and the client happy for our collaboration. In fact, I believe I have had some of my clients for over 30 years. Clearly, this creates a very special relationship which is of great benefit to both parts. So we do have a tradition for good relationships with our clients, and many of our clients come to us on the basis of recommendations from other clients. Obviously this is nice, but it also raises the level of expectation.
